During my stay, I noticed that the hotel is located in a relaxing area surrounded by nature, which is a definite plus. However, the rooms felt a bit run down and surprisingly lacked some basic amenities you'd expect from a five-star place, like complimentary water. The overall experience had its moments, but it felt like it could use some improvements, especially in terms of room quality.
